Deposits, Cancellations & Patch Tests
Deposits
All online bookings are subject to a 25% deposit, required to secure your appointment and support the smooth running of Alia Fletcher Hair Salon. This deposit confirms your booking and protects your dedicated appointment time. Please note that if a deposit is requested and not paid, your appointment may be at risk of being cancelled. Deposits are refundable; please refer to the cancellation policy for full details.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to the full appointment fee. This policy is in place to protect the time, preparation, and running of Alia Fletcher Hair Salon. To cancel or amend your appointment, please contact us via email, instagram or by phone.
Patch tests
A valid patch test is required for all colour appointments and must be carried out no later than 48 hours prior to your service. Please note that failure to complete a patch test may result in part or all of your colour service not being carried out, with full payment still applicable. Skin testing is essential to protect the health and safety of our clients. If you have not had a colour service with us within the last 6 months, a new patch test will be required.
Recommendations
Recommend a friend and you’ll both receive 20% off your next visit. Valid on appointments with a minimum spend of £75. For colour services, the discount will be applied to the colour portion of the bill only.
